Nehemiah 13:24

וּבְנֵיהֶ֗ם
ū·ḇə·nê·hem,
חֲצִי֙
ḥă·ṣî
מְדַבֵּ֣ר
mə·ḏab·bêr
､ אַשְׁדּוֹדִ֔ית
’aš·dō·w·ḏîṯ,
the [language] of Ashdodite ､
וְאֵינָ֥ם
wə·’ê·nām
and not
מַכִּירִ֖ים
mak·kî·rîm
לְדַבֵּ֣ר
lə·ḏab·bêr
､ יְהוּדִ֑ית
yə·hū·ḏîṯ;
Hebrew ､
וְכִלְשׁ֖וֹן
wə·ḵil·šō·wn
but according to [spoke] the language
עַ֥ם
‘am
. וָעָֽם׃
wā·‘ām.
and one or the other .
