לֹ֣א
lō
not
､ אִ֥ישׁ
’îš
[is] a man ､
אֵל֙
’êl
– וִֽיכַזֵּ֔ב
wî·ḵaz·zêḇ,
that He should lie –
וּבֶן־
ū·ḇen-
､ אָדָ֖ם
’ā·ḏām
of man ､
– וְיִתְנֶחָ֑ם
wə·yiṯ·ne·ḥām;
הַה֤וּא
ha·hū
Has He
､ אָמַר֙
’ā·mar
said ､
וְלֹ֣א
wə·lō
and not
יַעֲשֶׂ֔ה
ya·‘ă·śeh,
will He do
､ וְדִבֶּ֖ר
wə·ḏib·ber
Or has He spoken ､
וְלֹ֥א
wə·lō
and not
؟ יְקִימֶֽנָּה׃
yə·qî·men·nāh.
will He make it good ؟
