in Jacob ､
וְלֹא־

רָאָ֥ה
rā·’āh
עָמָ֖ל
‘ā·māl
– בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל
bə·yiś·rā·’êl;
in Israel –
יְהוָ֤ה
Yah·weh
אֱלֹהָיו֙
’ĕ·lō·hāw
עִמּ֔וֹ
‘im·mōw,
[is] with him
וּתְרוּעַ֥ת
ū·ṯə·rū·‘aṯ
and the shout
מֶ֖לֶךְ
me·leḵ
of a King
. בּֽוֹ׃
bōw.
[is] among them .
