､ וְהַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֗ים
wə·ham·miš·pā·ṭîm,
and the judgments ､
אֲשֶׁ֨ר
’ă·šer
צִוָּ֧ה
ṣiw·wāh
יְהוָ֛ה
Yah·weh
בְּיַד־
bə·yaḏ-
by the hand
מֹשֶׁ֖ה
mō·šeh
אֶל־
’el-
בְּנֵ֣י
bə·nê
the sons
יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל
yiś·rā·’êl;
בְּעַֽרְבֹ֣ת
bə·‘ar·ḇōṯ
in the plains
מוֹאָ֔ב
mō·w·’āḇ,
of Moab
עַ֖ל
‘al
by
יַרְדֵּ֥ן
yar·dên
the Jordan
. יְרֵחֽוֹ׃
yə·rê·ḥōw.
