to
בְּנֵ֣י
bə·nê
the sons
､ יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל
yiś·rā·’êl,
of Israel ､
וְאָמַרְתָּ֖
wə·’ā·mar·tā
and say
､ אֲלֵהֶ֑ם
’ă·lê·hem;
to them ､
אִ֣ישׁ
’îš
a man
אֽוֹ־
’ōw-
or
､ אִשָּׁ֗ה
’iš·šāh,
woman ､
כִּ֤י
kî
יַפְלִא֙
yap̄·li
לִנְדֹּר֙
lin·dōr
to take the vow
נֶ֣דֶר
ne·ḏer
of
､ נָזִ֔יר
nā·zîr,
a Nazirite ､
לְהַזִּ֖יר
lə·haz·zîr
. לַֽיהוָֽה׃
Yah·weh.
