In the chief
､ הֹמִיּ֗וֹת
hō·mî·yō·wṯ,
תִּ֫קְרָ֥א
tiq·rā
בְּפִתְחֵ֖י
bə·p̄iṯ·ḥê
at the openings
– שְׁעָרִ֥ים
šə·‘ā·rîm
of the gates –
בָּעִ֗יר
bā·‘îr,
in the city
､ אֲמָרֶ֥יהָ
’ă·mā·re·hā
. תֹאמֵֽר׃
ṯō·mêr.
