､ הֵ֣ן
hên
If ､
צַ֭דִּיק
ṣad·dîq
､ בָּאָ֣רֶץ
bā·’ā·reṣ
on the earth ､
יְשֻׁלָּ֑ם
yə·šul·lām;
will be recompensed
אַ֝֗ף
’ap̄,
כִּֽי־
kî-
רָשָׁ֥ע
rā·šā‘
. וְחוֹטֵֽא׃
wə·ḥō·w·ṭê.
and the sinner .
