יַד־
yaḏ-
The hand
חָרוּצִ֥ים
ḥā·rū·ṣîm
of the diligent
､ תִּמְשׁ֑וֹל
tim·šō·wl;
will rule ､
ו֝רְמִיָּ֗ה‪‬‪‬
ū·rə·mî·yāh,
but the lazy [man]
תִּהְיֶ֥ה
tih·yeh
will be put
. לָמַֽס׃
lā·mas.
