לָ֭רָשׁ
lā·rāš
the poor
חֵרֵ֣ף
ḥê·rêp̄
– עֹשֵׂ֑הוּ
‘ō·śê·hū;
שָׂמֵ֥חַ
śā·mê·aḥ
He who is glad
לְ֝אֵ֗יד
lə·’êḏ,
לֹ֣א
lō
not
. יִנָּקֶֽה׃
yin·nā·qeh.
will go unpunished .
