､ בַּעְנָשׁ־
ba‘·nāš-
When is punished ､
לֵ֭ץ‪‬
lêṣ
– יֶחְכַּם־
yeḥ·kam-
is made wise –
פֶּ֑תִי
pe·ṯî;
the simple
､ וּבְהַשְׂכִּ֥יל
ū·ḇə·haś·kîl
but when is instructed ､
לְ֝חָכָ֗ם
lə·ḥā·ḵām,
the wise
יִקַּח־
yiq·qaḥ-
. דָּֽעַת׃
dā·‘aṯ.
