עֹ֣שֵֽׁק
‘ō·šêq
דָּ֭ל
dāl
the poor
לְהַרְבּ֣וֹת
lə·har·bō·wṯ
ל֑וֹ
lōw;
נֹתֵ֥ן
nō·ṯên
[And] he who gives
､ לְ֝עָשִׁ֗יר
lə·‘ā·šîr,
to the rich ､
אַךְ־
’aḵ-
. לְמַחְסֽוֹר׃
lə·maḥ·sō·wr.
[will come] to poverty .
