ṭō·wḇ
､ מִבְּעָלָ֑יו
mib·bə·‘ā·lāw;
from those to whom it is due ､
בִּהְי֨וֹת
bih·yō·wṯ
when it is
לְאֵ֖ל
lə·’êl
in the power
[ידיך]
yā·ḏe·ḵā
-
(יָדְךָ֣)
yā·ḏə·ḵā
. לַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃
la·‘ă·śō·wṯ.
to do [so] .
