תַּֽחַת־
ta·ḥaṯ-
עֶ֭בֶד
‘e·ḇeḏ
כִּ֣י
kî
– יִמְל֑וֹךְ
yim·lō·wḵ;
he reigns –
וְ֝נָבָ֗ל
wə·nā·ḇāl,
and a fool
כִּ֣י
kî
יִֽשְׂבַּֽע־
yiś·ba‘-
he is filled
– לָֽחֶם׃
lā·ḥem.
with food –
