הַ֥מְקָרֶֽה
ham·qā·reh
He lays the beams
– בַמַּ֗יִם
ḇam·ma·yim,
of in the waters –
עֲ‍ֽלִיּ֫וֹתָ֥יו
‘ălî·yō·w·ṯāw
הַשָּׂם־
haś·śām-
עָבִ֥ים
‘ā·ḇîm
the clouds
– רְכוּב֑וֹ
rə·ḵū·ḇōw;
הַֽ֝מְהַלֵּ֗ךְ
ham·hal·lêḵ,
עַל־
‘al-
on
כַּנְפֵי־
kan·p̄ê-
the wings
– רֽוּחַ׃
rū·aḥ.
of the wind –
