YAH .
שִׁ֣ירוּ
šî·rū
לַֽ֭יהוָה
Yah·weh
､ שִׁ֣יר
šîr
a song ､
חָדָ֑שׁ
ḥā·ḏāš;
תְּ֝הִלָּת֗וֹ
tə·hil·lā·ṯōw,
[And] His praise
בִּקְהַ֥ל
biq·hal
in the assembly
. חֲסִידִֽים׃
ḥă·sî·ḏîm.
of saints .

יִשְׂמַ֣ח
yiś·maḥ
יִשְׂרָאֵ֣ל
yiś·rā·’êl
בְּעֹשָׂ֑יו
bə·‘ō·śāw;
בְּנֵֽי־
bə·nê-
the sons
צִ֝יּ֗וֹן
ṣî·yō·wn,
of Zion
יָגִ֥ילוּ
yā·ḡî·lū
. בְמַלְכָּֽם׃
ḇə·mal·kām.
in their King .

יְהַֽלְל֣וּ
yə·hal·lū
שְׁמ֣וֹ
šə·mōw
– בְמָח֑וֹל
ḇə·mā·ḥō·wl;
with the dance –
בְּתֹ֥ף
bə·ṯōp̄
with the timbrel
וְ֝כִנּ֗וֹר
wə·ḵin·nō·wr,
and harp
יְזַמְּרוּ־
yə·zam·mə·rū-
. לֽוֹ׃
lōw.
to Him .

כִּֽי־
kî-
רוֹצֶ֣ה
rō·w·ṣeh
יְהוָ֣ה
Yah·weh
– בְּעַמּ֑וֹ
bə·‘am·mōw;
in His people –
יְפָאֵ֥ר
yə·p̄ā·’êr
He will beautify
עֲ֝נָוִ֗ים
‘ă·nā·wîm,
the humble
. בִּישׁוּעָֽה׃
bî·šū·‘āh.
with salvation .

יַעְלְז֣וּ
ya‘·lə·zū
חֲסִידִ֣ים
ḥă·sî·ḏîm
the saints
– בְּכָב֑וֹד
bə·ḵā·ḇō·wḏ;
in glory –
יְ֝רַנְּנ֗וּ
yə·ran·nə·nū,
עַל־
‘al-
on
. מִשְׁכְּבוֹתָֽם׃
miš·kə·ḇō·w·ṯām.

רוֹמְמ֣וֹת
rō·wm·mō·wṯ
אֵ֭ל
’êl
of God
､ בִּגְרוֹנָ֑ם
biḡ·rō·w·nām;
[be] in their mouth ､
וְחֶ֖רֶב
wə·ḥe·reḇ
and a sword
פִּֽיפִיּ֣וֹת
pî·p̄î·yō·wṯ
– בְּיָדָֽם׃
bə·yā·ḏām.
in their hand –

לַעֲשׂ֣וֹת
la·‘ă·śō·wṯ
נְ֭קָמָה
nə·qā·māh
､ בַּגּוֹיִ֑ם
bag·gō·w·yim;
on the nations ､
תּֽ֝וֹכֵחֹ֗ת
tō·w·ḵê·ḥōṯ,
בַּל־
bal-
on
– אֻמִּֽים׃
’um·mîm.
the peoples –

לֶאְסֹ֣ר
le’·sōr
to bind
מַלְכֵיהֶ֣ם
mal·ḵê·hem
､ בְּזִקִּ֑ים
bə·ziq·qîm;
with chains ､
וְ֝נִכְבְּדֵיהֶ֗ם
wə·niḵ·bə·ḏê·hem,
בְּכַבְלֵ֥י
bə·ḵaḇ·lê
with fetters
– בַרְזֶֽל׃
ḇar·zel.
of iron –

לַעֲשׂ֤וֹת
la·‘ă·śō·wṯ
בָּהֶ֨ם ׀
bā·hem
on them
מִשְׁפָּ֬ט
miš·pāṭ
– כָּת֗וּב
kā·ṯūḇ,
הָדָ֣ר
hā·ḏār
ה֭וּא
hū
לְכָל־
lə·ḵāl
חֲסִידָ֗יו
ḥă·sî·ḏāw,
הַֽלְלוּ־
hal·lū-
