אֶל־
’el-
– יְהוָ֑ה
Yah·weh;
Yahweh –
כִּ֤י
kî
הֽוּא־
hū-
He
יוֹצִ֖יא
yō·w·ṣî
מֵרֶ֣שֶׁת
mê·re·šeṯ
out of the net
. רַגְלָֽי׃
raḡ·lāy.
my feet .
