､ בַּיּ֨וֹם
bay·yō·wm
In day ､
הַה֜וּא
ha·hū
נְאֻם־
nə·’um-
､ יְהוָ֗ה
Yah·weh
Yahweh ､
אַכֶּ֤ה
’ak·keh
I will strike
כָל־
ḵāl
סוּס֙
sūs
､ בַּתִּמָּה֔וֹן
bat·tim·mā·hō·wn,
with confusion ､
וְרֹכְב֖וֹ
wə·rō·ḵə·ḇōw
. בַּשִּׁגָּע֑וֹן
baš·šig·gā·‘ō·wn;
with madness .
וְעַל־
wə·‘al-
And on
בֵּ֤ית
bêṯ
the house
､ יְהוּדָה֙
yə·hū·ḏāh
of Judah ､
אֶפְקַ֣ח
’ep̄·qaḥ
I will open
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
עֵינַ֔י
‘ê·nay,
My eyes
וְכֹל֙
wə·ḵōl
and every
ס֣וּס
sūs
הָֽעַמִּ֔ים
hā·‘am·mîm,
of the peoples
אַכֶּ֖ה
’ak·keh
will strike
. בַּֽעִוָּרֽוֹן׃
ba·‘iw·wā·rō·wn.
with blindness .
