'Fear Your Name' in the Bible

Please, O Lord, let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servant and the prayer of Your servants who delight to [reverently] fear Your Name [Your essence, Your nature, Your attributes, with awe]; and make Your servant successful this day and grant him compassion in the sight of this man [the king].”For I was cupbearer to the king [of Persia].

For you, O God, you have heard my vows. You have given [me] the heritage of those who fear your name.

Teach me, O Yahweh, your way, [that] I may walk in your truth. Unite my heart to fear your name.

The voice of the Lord shall call to the city [of Jerusalem]—And it is sound wisdom to heed [solemnly] and fear Your name [with awe-filled reverence];“Hear, O tribe [the rod of punishment]. Who has appointed its time?

And the nations were angry, and your wrath has come, and the time for the dead to be judged, and to give their reward to your slaves the prophets and to the saints and to the ones who fear your name, the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth."
