Romans 16:17-20 - Concluding Exhortations

¹⁷ And I beseech you, brethren, mark those who cause dissensions and offences outside of the doctrine which ye have learned, and avoid them. ¹⁸ For they that are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly and by smooth words and blessings deceive the hearts of the simple.

¹⁹ For your obedience is come abroad unto all places. I am glad therefore on your behalf, but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good and innocent concerning evil. ²⁰ And let the God of peace bruise Satan under your feet quickly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

¹³ Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. ¹⁴ Let all your things be done with charity.

¹⁵ I beseech you, brethren (ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia and that they have dedicated themselves to the ministry of the saints), ¹⁶ that ye submit yourselves unto such and to each one that helps and labours. ¹⁷ I am glad of the coming of Stephanas and Fortunatus and Achaicus, for they have filled your absence. ¹⁸ For they have refreshed my spirit and yours; therefore, acknowledge ye those that are such.
