Acts 7:44-50 - God's Real Tabernacle
44 And the tabernacle of testimony was with our fathers in the wilderness, as the one speaking to Moses commanded him to make it according to the example he had seen; 45 which our fathers receiving, brought in along with Joshua in the dispossession of the nations, whom God drove out, from the face of our fathers, until the days of David, 46 who found favor before God, and asked that he should build a tabernacle for the house of Jacob. 47 But Solomon built a house for him. 48 But the Most High dwelleth not in houses built with hands, as the prophet says,
49 Heaven is my throne, and earth the footstool of my feet: What house will you build for me? says the Lord; Or what shall be the place of my rest? 50 Hath not my hand made all of these things?
