33 "Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree corrupt and its fruit corrupt; for by its fruit the tree is known. 34 "You generation of vipers! How can you speak good, when you are evil? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of. "When the time of fruit drew near, he sent his slaves to the vine-dressers seized to get his fruit. 35 "A good man out of his good treasure brings forth good; and from his evil treasure a bad man brings out evil. 36 "I tell you that for every careless word that men speak they shall give account on the day of judgment. 37 "For by your words you will each be justified, and by your words be condemned."
