1 Timothy 4:11-1 Timothy 5:2 - Instructions For Ministry
11 Command and teach these things. 12 Let no man look down on your youth. Be an example to the believers in speech and conduct, in love, in faith and chasteness. 13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to teaching. 14 Do not neglect the spiritual gift in you. It was given to you by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the elders. 15 Be diligent and think about these things. Give yourself wholly to them. That way your progress may be apparent to all. 16 Pay attention to yourself and to your teaching. Continue in these things. When you do this you will save both yourself and those who listen to you.
1 Do not rebuke (censure) (criticize) an elder, but appeal to him as a father, the younger men as brothers. 2 Treat the elder women as mothers, the younger as sisters, with much honor.
