Matthew 12:46-50 - Jesus' Mother And Brothers

Matthew 12:46-50

46 While he was yet speaking to the multitudes, lo! his mother and his brothers were standing without, seeking to speak with him. 47 And one said to him, Behold, thy mother and thy brothers are standing without, seeking to speak with thee.

48 But he answered and said to him that told him, Who is my mother, and who are my brothers? 49 And stretching forth his hand toward his disciples, be said, Behold, my mother and my brothers! 50 For whoever doeth the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Mark 3:31-35

31 And his mother and his brothers came; and, standing without, sent to him, to call him. 32 And a multitude was sitting about him; and they say to him, Lo! thy mother and thy brothers and thy sisters are without, seeking for thee.

33 And he answering saith to them, Who is my mother, and my brothers? 34 And looking round on those who sat about him, he saith, Behold my mother and my brothers. 35 Whoever shall do the will of God, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Luke 8:19-21

19 And his mother and his brothers came where he was, and could not get to him on account of the crowd. 20 And word was brought to him, Thy mother and thy brothers stand without, desiring to see thee.

21 And he answering said to them, My mother and my brothers are these, who hear the word of God, and do it.
