Matthew 19:13-15 - Little Children Brought To Jesus

¹³ Then little children were brought to him, that he might lay his hands on them and pray. And the disciples rebuked them. ¹⁴ But Jesus said: Let the little children come to me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. ¹⁵ And he laid his hands on them, and departed from that place.

¹³ And they brought little children to him, that he might touch them: but his disciples rebuked those who brought them. ¹⁴ And when Jesus saw it, he was displeased, and said to them: Let the little children come to me, and forbid them not; for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁵ Verily I say to you, Whoever will not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, shall not enter into it. ¹⁶ And he took them in his arms, laid his hands on them, and blessed them.

¹⁵ And they brought to him infants also, that he might touch them. But when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. ¹⁶ And Jesus called them to him, and said: Let the little children come to me, and hinder them not; for of such is the kingdom of God. ¹⁷ Verily I say to you, Whoever shall not receive the kingdom of God, as a little child, shall in no way enter into it.
