Matthew 24:29-31 - The Arrival Of The Son Of Man
29 "But immediately after the tribulation of those days, "The sun will be darkened, The moon will not shed her light, The stars will fall from the sky, And the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 "Then the signs of the Son of man will appear in the sky; and then all the tribes of the earth will lament, when they see the Son of man coming upon the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. 31 And he will send forth his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather his elect together from the four winds, from utmost heaven to utmost earth.
24 "But when the tribulation is past, in those days the sun will be darkened and the moon will not shed her light, 25 and the stars will be falling from the sky, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.
26 Then will they see the Son of man coming in clouds, with great power and glory. 27 Then he will send forth the angels and gather his chosen from the four winds, from uttermost earth to uttermost sky.
25 "And there will be signs in the sun and the moon and the stars; and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity at the roar of the sea and the billows; 26 "men lifeless through fear, and foreboding of that which is about to come upon the habitable earth. For the powers of the heavens shall be shaken, 27 "and then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud, with power and great glory. 28 "But when these things begin to come to pass, look up, lift your heads! for your redemption is drawing near."
