hollow (R.V., "kab"), occurs only in 2Ki 6:25; a dry measure, the sixth part of a seah, and the eighteenth part of an ephah, equal to about two English quarts.

CAB, or KAB, a Hebrew measure, containing three pints one third of our wine measure, or two pints five sixths of our corn measure.
