God is not a man who lies, or a son of man who changes His mind. Does He speak and not act, or promise and not fulfill?
Your corpses will be food for all the birds of the sky and the wild animals of the land, and no one will scare them away.
But I will not withdraw My faithful love from him or betray My faithfulness. I will not violate My covenant or change what My lips have said.
Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
