?????. In 2Co 5:3-4 the reference is to a person raised from the dead and yet found morally 'naked' in his sins before God. In Mt 27:28; Lu 10:30, the A.V. has 'stripped' for the same Greek word.
And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among robbers, who having stripped and wounded him departed, leaving him half dead.
If being clothed, we shall not be found naked. For we who are in this tabernacle groan, being burdened; not that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that what is mortal may be swallowed up of life.
