So David would not remove unto him the ark of Yahweh, unto the city of David, - but David took it aside to the house of Obed-edom, the Gittite.

And the ark of Yahweh abode in the house of Obed-edom the Gittite, three months, - and Yahweh blessed Obed -edom, and all his household.

So David removed not the ark unto him, into the city of David, - but took it aside into the house of Obed-edom, the Gittite.

And there again came to be a battle with the Philistines, - and Elhanan son of Jair smote Lahmi, brother of Goliath the Gittite, the staff of whose spear, was like a weaver's beam.
