And in all Israel there was no one to be so greatly praised as Absalom for his beauty; from the sole of his foot even to the crown of his head there was no blemish in him.

Ishbosheth, Saul's son, was forty years old when he began to reign over Israel and reigned two years. Only the house of Judah followed David.

And they ran and took him from there, and when he stood among the people, he was higher than any of the people from his shoulders and upward.
