So king Solomon exceeded all the kings of the earth for riches and for wisdom. And all the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart.
And all the leaders, and the mighty men, and all the sons likewise of king David, submitted themselves unto Solomon the king. And the LORD magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel.

And she said to the king, It was a true report which I heard in my own land of your acts, and of your wisdom: However I believed not their words, until I came, and my eyes had seen it: and, behold, the one half of the greatness of your wisdom was not told me: for you exceed the fame that I heard. Happy are your men, and happy are these your servants, who stand continually before you, and hear your wisdom.
