And it shall become small dust over all the land of Egypt, and become boils breaking out in sores on man and beast in all the land [occupied by the Egyptians]. So they took ashes or soot of the kiln and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses threw them toward the sky, and it became boils erupting in sores on man and beast.

But it happened that after they had taken it to Gath, the hand of the Lord was against the city, causing an extremely great panic [because of the deaths from the plague], for He struck the people of the city, both young and old, and tumors broke out on them.

So you shall make replicas of your tumors and of your mice that ravage the land, and give glory to the God of Israel; perhaps He will lighten His hand [of judgment] on you and your gods and your land. Verse ConceptsLike Creatures

And when there is in the skin of the body [the scar of] a boil that is healed, And in the place of the boil there is a white swelling or a bright spot, reddish white, and it is shown to the priest, And if when the priest examines it it looks lower than the skin and the hair on it is turned white, the priest shall pronounce him unclean; it is the disease of leprosy; it has broken out in the boil. read more.
But if the priest examines it and finds no white hair in it and it is not lower than the skin but appears darker, then the priest shall bind it up for seven days. If it spreads in the skin, [he] shall pronounce him unclean; it is diseased. But if the bright spot does not spread, it is the scar of the boil, and the priest shall pronounce him clean.

So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord and smote Job with loathsome and painful sores from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head. And he took a piece of broken pottery with which to scrape himself, and he sat [down] among the ashes.
