The hand of the witnesses shall be at first upon him to put him to death, and the hand of all the people afterward. And put thou away the evil from the midst of thee.
And when they continued asking him, having lifted up the head, he said to them, Let him faultless among you, first cast a stone at her.
But killing, thou shalt kill him; thy hand shall be upon him for the first to put him to death, and the hand of all the people at last.
And having cast out of the city, they stoned: and the witnesses laid down their garments at the feet of a young man called Saul. And they stoned Stephen, calling upon, and saying, Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.
