The Lord will deliver me from every evil work. He will save me to his heavenly kingdom. To him is the glory forever and ever. Amen.
You are Jehovah, even you only! You made heaven, the heaven of heavens with all their armies, the earth and all things in it, the seas and everything in them. You keep them from destruction and the armies of heaven are your worshippers.

Jehovah protects the strangers. He supports the fatherless and the widow, but he overthrows the way of the wicked.
This is what Jehovah says: In the time of favor I will answer you. I will appoint you as my promise to the people. You will restore the land. You will make them inherit the desolate inheritance.
Then he set up military camps in their territory. They became his subjects and paid taxes to him. Jehovah made David victorious everywhere.
Jehovah commanded us to do all these statutes. He required that we respect Jehovah our God. This was for our own good that he might preserve us alive, as things are today.
Jehovah our God brought our fathers and us out of slavery in Egypt. We saw the miracles he performed. He kept us safe wherever we went among all the nations through which we passed.
He guards those on paths of justice. He watches over the way of his godly ones.
