For a time will come when they will not listen to wholesome teaching, but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will heap up for themselves teachers upon teachers to satisfy their own fancies.
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope, unwavering (for He is faithful who promised); and let us consider one another, to provoke unto love and good works; not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the custom of some, but exhorting one another; all the more as you behold the Day drawing near.
