Know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, which you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore, glorify God in your body.
Know you not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy: for the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.
What has a temple of God in common with one of idols? For you are the temple of the living God, as God has said: I will dwell in them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Verily, verily I say to you, he that believes on me, the works that I do he also shall do. Even greater works than these shall he do, because I go to my Father; and whatever you ask in my name, I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask any thing in my name, I will do it. If you love me, keep my commandments; and I will pray the Father, and he will give you another Paraclete, that he may dwell with you forever; the Spirit of the truth, whom the world can not receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, because he dwells with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I am coming to you.
