Therefore if any one be in Christ, there is a new creation: the old things are passed way; behold, all things are become new:

And to put on the new man, which is created after God, in righteousness and true holiness.

Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering: Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any have a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And above all these put on love, which is the bond of perfection:

Abide in me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abide in the vine, so neither can ye, unless ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches.
