Therefore if any one be in Christ, there is a new creation: the old things are passed way; behold, all things are become new:
And to put on the new man, which is created after God, in righteousness and true holiness.
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long-suffering: Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any have a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And above all these put on love, which is the bond of perfection:
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that we might no longer serve sin.

Abide in me and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abide in the vine, so neither can ye, unless ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches. He that abideth in me and I in him, he beareth much fruit; but, separate from me, ye can do nothing. If any one abide not in me, he is cast out as a branch, and is withered: and they gather and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask whatsoever ye will, and it shall be done for you. Hereby is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit: so shall ye be my disciples.
For whosoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
Therefore we faint not, but even though the outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.
For he is our peace, he who hath made both one, having broken down the middle wall of partition, Having abolished by his flesh the enmity, the law of commandments, through his decrees, that he might make the two one new man in himself, so making peace: And might reconcile both in one body to God through the cross, having slain the enmity thereby.
