Lord, I have heard the report about You; Lord, I stand in awe of Your deeds. Revive [Your work] in these years; make [it] known in these years. In [Your] wrath remember mercy!


How long, Lord? Will You be angry forever? Will Your jealousy keep burning like fire?

Lord God of Hosts, how long will You be angry with Your people's prayers?

Remove Your torment from me; I fade away because of the force of Your hand.

Lord, I have heard the report about You; Lord, I stand in awe of Your deeds. Revive [Your work] in these years; make [it] known in these years. In [Your] wrath remember mercy!

Lord, in keeping with all Your righteous acts, may Your anger and wrath turn away from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain; for because of our sins and the injustices of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become an object of ridicule to all those around us.

Because of Your name, Yahweh, let me live. In Your righteousness deliver me from trouble,

Give me life in accordance with Your faithful love, and I will obey the decree You have spoken.

Restore us, God of Hosts; look [on us] with favor, and we will be saved.

Restore the joy of Your salvation to me, and give me a willing spirit. Then I will teach the rebellious Your ways, and sinners will return to You.

Will You not revive us again so that Your people may rejoice in You?

Guard your step when you go to the house of God. Better to draw near in obedience than to offer the sacrifice as fools do, for they are ignorant and do wrong.


Anyone who listens to me is happy, watching at my doors every day, waiting by the posts of my doorway.

"Anyone who has an ear should listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. The victor will never be harmed by the second death.

An ear that listens to life-giving rebukes will be at home among the wise.


Be gracious to me, God, according to Your faithful love; according to Your abundant compassion, blot out my rebellion.
