LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in the mountain of thy holiness?
For there was a tabernacle made: the first, in which was the lampstand and the table and the showbread, which is called the sanctuary.
Moreover thou shalt make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen and blue and purple and scarlet; with cherubim of cunning work shalt thou make them.
But Christ being now come, high priest of the good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation,
If the land of your possession seems unto you to be unclean, then pass ye over unto the land of the possession of the LORD, in which the LORD's tabernacle dwells and take possession among us; but do not rebel against the LORD, nor rebel against us, in building yourselves an altar in addition to the altar of the LORD our God.
I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever; I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.

And it opened its mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name and his tabernacle and those that dwell in heaven.

If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law), what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec and not be called after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being transposed, there is made of necessity a translation also of the law. According to all that the LORD had commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel made all the work. And Moses looked upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it; and Moses blessed them.
Our fathers had the tabernacle of the testimony in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen,
According to all that I show thee, after the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of all its vessels, even so shall ye make it.
