I will not do the burning of mine anger, I will not turn back to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not a man; the Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not come into the city. They shall go after Jehovah: as a lion shall he roar: for he shall roar, and the sons of the waters shall tremble. They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a dove out of the land of Assur: and I caused them to dwell in their houses, says Jehovah.
The pains of her bringing forth shall come to him: he a son not wise; for now he shall not stand in the breaking forth of sons. Let us rejoice, and be transported with joy, and let us give glory to him: for the marriage of the Lamb came, and his wife prepared herself. For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this a man shall leave his father and mother, and be joined to his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak to Christ and to the church.
