Desires » What the lord desires
When Jesus heard this, He said, "People who are healthy do not need a doctor; but [only] sick people do. Go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy and not [only] sacrifice.' For I did not come to call righteous people [to be my followers] but sinners."
This is good and acceptable [behavior] in the sight of God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and come to a [full] knowledge of the truth.
