Jesus, therefore, said, "When ye lift up the Son of Man, then will ye know that I am He; and, of Myself, I do nothing, but, as the Father taught Me, I speak these things. And He Who sent Me is with Me. He hath not left Me alone; because I am always doing the things that please Him."

But He answered them, "My Father worketh even until now, and I work." For this cause, therefore, the Jews were seeking the more to kill Him, because He not only broke the sabbath, but also called God His Father, making Himself equal with God. And now I have told you before it comes to pass; that, when it comes to pass, ye may believe. I will no more speak much with you; for the Prince of the world is coming, and he has nothing in Me; but, that the world may know that I love the Father, and, as the Father commanded Me, so I do, Arise, let us go hence."
