'Jesus Said' in the Bible
Jesus said to him, "Again it has been written, 'You shall not tempt the Lord your God.'"
And Jesus said to the centurion, "Go your way; as you believed, be it done to you." And the boy was healed in that hour.
Jesus said to them, "Can the sons of the bridechamber mourn while the Bridegroom is with them! But there will come days, when the Bridegroom will be taken away from them, and then will they fast."
And they were finding in Him occasion to stumble. And Jesus said to them "a prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and in his own house."
But Jesus said to them, "They have no need to go away. Give ye them to eat."
And Jesus said to them, "Take heed, and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees."
And, while they were assembled together in Galilee, Jesus said to them, "The Son of Man is about to be delivered into the hands of men;
And, when he said, "From the aliens," Jesus said to him, "Consequently the sons are free;
But Jesus said, "Permit the little children??nd do not forbid them??o come to Me; for of such is the Kingdom of Heaven."
He says to Him, "Which?" And Jesus said, "You shall not kill; you shall not commit adultery; you shall not steal; you shall not bear false witness;
Jesus said to him, "If you wish to be perfect, go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you shall have treasure in Heaven; and come, follow Me."
And Jesus said to His disciples, "Verily I say to you, that with difficulty shall a rich man enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.
And Jesus said to them, "Verily I say to you, that ye who followed Me, in the regeneration, when the Son of Man shall sit upon the throne of His glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
Jesus said to him, "Verily I say to you, that this night, before a cock crows, you will thrice deny Me."
But Jesus said to him, "Comrade, do that for which you are present!" Then, coming near, they laid hands on Jesus, and took Him.
And Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor questioned Him, saying, "Art Thou the King of the Jews?" And Jesus said to him, "You say it."
And Jesus said to them, "Come after Me, and I will make you to become fishers of men."
And Jesus said to them, "Can the sons of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast;
And Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor, except in his own country, and among his own kindred, and in his own house."
Jesus said to him, "'If thou canst!' All things are possible to him that believes."
But Jesus said, "Forbid him not; for there is no one who shall exercise power in My name, and be able quickly to speak evil of Me;
But Jesus said to them, "Because of the hardness of your heart he wrote you this commandment.
And Jesus said to Him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good, but One??od.
Jesus said, "Verily I say to you, there is no one who left house, or brothers, or sisters, or mother, or father, or children, or lands, for My sake and the Gospel's sake,
But Jesus said to them, "Ye know not what ye are asking. Are ye able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be immersed with the immersion that I am immersed with?"
And they said to Him, "We are able." And Jesus said to them, "The cup that I drink ye shall drink; and the immersion with which I am immersed shall ye be immersed;
And, standing still, Jesus said, "Call him." And they call the blind man, saying to him, "Be of good cheer; arise, He is calling you!"
And Jesus said to him, "Go your way, your faith has healed you." And straightway he received sight, and was following Jesus in the way.
And Jesus said to them, "I will ask you one thing; and answer Me, and I will tell you by what authority I am doing these things.
And Jesus said to them, "Render to Caesar the things of Caesar, and to God the things of God." And they wondered exceedingly at Him.
Jesus said to them, "Is it not on this account that ye err, because ye know not the Scriptures, nor the power of God?
And Jesus said to him, "Do you see these great buildings? There shall not be left here a stone upon a stone, which shall not be thrown down."
But Jesus said, "Let her alone; why do ye cause her trouble? She wrought a good work on Me;
And as they were reclining at table and eating, Jesus said, "Verily I say to you, one of you will betray Me??ne who is eating with Me."
And Jesus said, "I am; and ye shall see the Son of Man sitting on the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven."
And straightway the second time the cock crowed. And Peter remembered the word, how Jesus said to him, "Before the cock crows twice, you will deny Me thrice." And, having thought thereon, he kept weeping.
and likewise also James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, "Fear not; henceforth you will catch men."
And Jesus said to them, "Can ye make the sons of the bride-chamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?
And Jesus said to them, "I ask you, is it lawful on the sabbath to do good, or to do evil??o save a soul, or to destroy it?"
And Jesus said, "Who is it that touched Me?" And, when all were denying, Peter said, "Master, the multitudes are thronging Thee, and hard pressing Thee!"
But Jesus said, "Some one touched Me; for I perceived that power had gone out from Me."
And Jesus said to him, "Forbid him not: for he who is not against you is for you."
And Jesus said to him, "The foxes have dens; and the birds of the heaven lodging-places; but the Son of Man hath not where to recline His head."
And Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to a plow, and looking back, is fit for the Kingdom of God."
And he said, "He that dealt kindly with him." And Jesus said to him, "Go, and do likewise."
And Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good, but One??od.
And Jesus said to him, "Receive sight; your faith has made you whole."
And Jesus said to him, "To-day salvation came to this house, inasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham;
and Jesus said to them, "Neither do I tell you by what authority I am doing these things."
And Jesus said to them, "The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage;
And Jesus said to him, "Judas, do ye betray the Son of Man with a kiss?"
And Jesus said to the high priests and captains of the temple and elders, who came up against Him, "Did ye come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs?
But, turning towards them, Jesus said, "Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for Me; but weep for yourselves, and for your children;
And Jesus said, "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do!" And, dividing His garments among them, they cast lots.
And, crying with a loud voice, Jesus said, "Father, into Thy hands I commit My spirit." And, having said this, He expired.
The father, therefore, knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, "Your son lives;" and he himself believed, and his whole house.
Jesus said, "Make the men recline." Now there was much grass in the place. The men, therefore, reclined, in number about five thousand.
Jesus said to them, "I am the Bread of Life; he who comes to Me shall not hunger, and he who believes on Me shall never thirst.
She said, "No one, Lord." And Jesus said to her, "Neither do I condemn you; go your way; henceforth sin no more."]
They said, therefore, to Him, "Who art Thou?" Jesus said to them, "Even that which I am saying to you from the beginning.
Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, ye would love Me; for I came forth, and have come from, God; for neither have I come of Myself, but He sent Me.
Jesus said to them, "Verily, verily, I say to you, before Abraham existed, I am."
Jesus said to him, "You have both seen Him, and it is He Who is talking with you."
And Jesus said, "For judgment came I into the world; that those who see not may see, and that those who see may become blind."
Jesus said to them, "If ye were blind, ye would have no sin; but now ye say, 'We see,' your sin abides."
Then, therefore, Jesus said to them plainly, "Lazarus died.
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life; he that believes on Me, though he die, yet shall he live;
for some thought, because Judas had the money-bag, that Jesus said to him, "Buy what we need for the feast," or that he should give something to the poor.
