In this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit which confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God: and every spirit which does not confess Jesus is not of God: and this is the spirit of antichrist, which you have heard that he is coming; and now he is already in the world.

Nevertheless indeed many of the rulers also believed on Him; but they were not confessing Him on account of the Pharisees, in order that they might not be put out of the synagogues: for they loved the glory of the people more than the glory of God.

Not every one saying to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of the heavens; but he that doeth the will of my Father who is in the heavens. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name, and in thy name cast out demons, and in thy name done many mighty works? Then I will confess unto them that I never knew you: depart from me, ye who work iniquity.

Therefore every one who shall confess me before the people, I will also confess him before my Father, who is in the heavens. But whosoever may deny me before the people, I will also deny him before my Father who is in the heavens.

John beareth witness concerning Him, and cried out saying; This is He of whom I spoke, He that cometh after me has been before me: because He was my Creator. And of His fullness we all received grace upon grace. Because the law was given by Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. read more.
No one has ever seen God; the only begotten Son, the one being in the bosom of the Father, He hath declared him.

And his parents said these things, because they feared the Jews: for the Jews had already stipulated, that if any one should confess Him to be Christ, he should be put out of the synagogue. Therefore his parents said that, He has majority, ask him. Then they asked the man the second time who was blind, and said to him, Give God the glory: we know that this man is a sinner. read more.
Then he responded, If He is a sinner, I know not: one thing I do know, that being blind I now see. Then they said to him, What did He to you? how did He open your eyes? He responded to them, I told you already, and you did not hearken: why do you wish to hear again? whether do you wish to become His disciples? They railed on him, and said, You are His disciple; but we are the disciples of Moses: we know that God spoke to Moses: but we do not know this One, whence He is. The man responded and said to them; For in this it is wonderful, that you do not know whence He is, He truly opened my eyes. We know that God hears not sinners: but if any one may be a worshiper of God, and do His will, He hears him. It was never heard of from the beginning that any one opened the eyes of a man who was born blind: if He were not with God, He would not be able to do anything. They responded and said to him, Thou art altogether born in sins, and dost thou teach us? And they cast him out. Jesus heard that they cast him out; and having found him, said, Do you believe on the Son of man? He responded and said, Who is He, Lord, that I may believe on, Him? Jesus said to him, Indeed you have seen Him, and the One speaking with you is He. And He said, I believe, Lord: and he worshiped Him.

That if you may confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and may believe with your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved: for with the heart it is believed unto righteousness; and with the mouth it is confessed unto salvation. Then the neighbors, and those seeing him previously, because he was a beggar, continued to say, Is not this the one sitting and begging? Some said, That he is: others said, No, but he is like him: he said, I am he. Then they said to him, How then were your eyes opened? read more.
He responded, a man called Jesus made mortar and besmeared my eyes, and said, Go to Siloam, and wash. Then having gone away and washed, I looked up. They said to him, Where is He? He says, I know not. They lead him to the Pharisees, him formerly blind. And it was the Sabbath on the day on which Jesus made mortar, and opened his eyes. Then again the Pharisees also asked him how he looked up. And he said to them, He placed the mortar on my eyes, and I washed, and see.
