Then two robbers were crucified with him, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. And those who went by blasphemed him, wagging their heads, and saying, You that destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself. If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross. read more.
And the chief priests in like manner also mocked him, with the scribes and elders, and said, He saved others, himself he cannot save. If he is the king of Israel let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe on him; he trusted in God; let him deliver him if he wishes for him; for he said, I am a Son of God. The robbers also that were crucified with him did the same, and reproached him.

And two other criminals were led out to be put to death with him. And when they arrived at the place called Cranium, there they crucified him, and the criminals; one on his right hand, and the other on his left. And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also scoffed, saying, He saved others; if this is the Christ, the elect of God, let him save himself. And the soldiers also mocked him, and came and presented him vinegar, and said, If you are the king of the Jews, save yourself. And there was an inscription over him; THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. And one of the criminals crucified, reviled him, [saying], Are you not the Christ? save yourself and us.
