Verse Concepts
Man's days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. The wind passes over it, and it is gone; and its place shall know it no more.

You sweep mortals away in the sleep of death. They sprout again in the morning like grass. In the morning they blossom and sprout. In the evening they fade and wither away.
Their people are drained of power. They are dismayed and put to shame. They are like plants in the field, like tender green shoots, like grass sprouting on the roof, parched before it grows.
