The days of the Son of man will be like the days of Noah. They ate, they drank and they got married until Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came, and destroyed them all.

It will be like those days before the Flood. They were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark.

They were snatched away before their time. Their foundation is washed away by flood.

You sweep mortals away in the sleep of death. They sprout again in the morning like grass.

You sweep mortals away in the sleep of death. They sprout again in the morning like grass.

A voice shouts: Cry out! And I said: What shall I cry? The voice shouts: All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall, because the breath of Jehovah blows on them. Surely the people are grass.
