For he had healed many, insomuch that they pressed upon him, for to touch him, as many as had plagues. And when the unclean spirits saw him, they fell down before him, and cried saying, "Thou art the son of God." And he straightly charged them that they should not utter him.

Then gathered the high priests and the Pharisees a council and said, "What do we? This man doeth many miracles. If we let him escape thus, all men will believe on him.
