Jesus left there and went along the Sea of Galilee. Then he went up on a hillside and sat down. Large crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the blind, the crippled, those unable to talk, and many others. They placed them at his feet, and he healed them. As a result, the crowd was amazed to see those who were unable to talk speaking, the crippled healed, the lame walking, and the blind seeing. So they praised the God of Israel.

Then Jesus left the territory of Tyre and passed through Sidon towards the Sea of Galilee, in the territory of the Decapolis. Some people brought him a deaf man who also had a speech impediment. They begged him to lay his hand on him. Jesus took him away from the crowd to be alone with him. Putting his fingers into the man's ears, he touched the man's tongue with saliva. read more.
Then he looked up to heaven, sighed, and told him, "Ephphatha," that is, "Be opened!" The man's hearing and speech were restored at once, and he began to talk normally. He even makes deaf people hear and mute people talk!"
