And He commanded them, that they should tell no one. But the more He commanded them, so much the more they proclaimed it.


And moving from there Jesus came beside the Sea of Galilee. And He went up into a mountain and sat there. And great crowds came to Him, having with them the lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others. And they cast them down at Jesus' feet. And He healed them, so much so that the crowd wondered when they saw the dumb speak, the maimed sound, the lame walk, and the blind see. And they glorified the God of Israel.

And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, He came to the Sea of Galilee, in the midst of the borders of the Decapolis. And they brought a deaf one to Him, hardly speaking. And they begged Him to put His hand on him. And He took him aside from the crowd and put His fingers into his ears. And He spat and touched his tongue. read more.
And looking up to Heaven, He sighed and said to him, Ephphatha! (that is, Be opened!) And instantly his ears were opened and the bond of his tongue was loosened, and he spoke plainly. And He commanded them, that they should tell no one. But the more He commanded them, so much the more they proclaimed it. And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, He has done all things well. He makes both the deaf to hear and the dumb to speak.

And as they came down from the mountain, He commanded them that they should tell no one the things that they had seen until the Son of Man had risen from the dead.

And He commanded them, that they should tell no one. But the more He commanded them, so much the more they proclaimed it.

Then He warned His disciples that they should tell no one that He was Jesus the Christ.

And their eyes were opened. And Jesus strictly charged them, saying, See, let no one know.

And He strictly charged them that they should not make Him known.

And He strictly warned them that no one should know this. And He said to give her something to eat.

And He charged them that they should tell no one of Him.

But going out, he began to proclaim it very much, and to spread about the matter, so that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was outside in deserted places. And they came to Him from every quarter.

And one of those standing by, drawing a sword, struck a servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear.

For I bear record to them that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
